A couple of quick notes regarding our policies:
We gladly accept returns within 7 days of purchase date and offer exchanges or store-credit 14 days from the date of purchase.
Lifetime Replacement plan on tempered glass is $10 and 1/2 price on tablets. This protects you from having to pay full price for a replacement piece of glass. Plan is valid with same type of device only and you must have your old film or glass in order to get a replacement piece of glass/film.
Returned and exchanged products must be in new condition with all packaging, parts and original receipt.
Non-refundable products include: tempered glass, screen protector film, chargers, batteries, SD cards, items that show use or damage or are missing parts, opened headphones, opened speakers, waterproof products, and open waterproof cases.
Refunds are given in the same form as payment made. Original credit card must be present.
