Sales Associate

Reports To: Store Manager

Status: Full/Part Time Non-Exempt

Pay: $10.00 to $16.00 per hour

 

Position Summary:

The sales associate is responsible for generating sales by providing the customer with an exceptional shopping experience. The sales associate maximizes sales by delivering efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable service. The sales associate should also ensure that the store is neat, clean, and well presented at all times and is expected to create a raving fan experience for each customer.

  • Greet guests with a smile and engaging attitude
  • Answer questions regarding the store and it’s merchandise
  • Build rapport and establish trust by asking questions and listening to the customer’s needs; present solutions to that meet customer’s needs
  • Support the store management team in driving and maximizing store sales to achieve store sales goals
  • Demonstrate product knowledge by consistently sharing this knowledge with customers
  • Assist customers in demoing merchandise on their device
  • Achieve personal sales per hour goals set by store management
  • Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and appropriately merchandised
  • Maintain knowledge of Point-of-Sale (“POS”) procedures
  • Understand and apply Tricked Out’s policies, procedures and handbooks
  • Open and close cash registers, use magnetic card readers, perform tasks such as counting money, performing refunds, balancing cash drawers and making deposits
  • Once trained, can precisely install film or glass onto customer’s device

 

Qualifications:

  • Have a vehicle and/or reliable transportation
  • High school degree or GED
  • Retail sales and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Willing and able to work Fridays, Saturdays, some Sundays and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
  • Basic knowledge of technology including computers and phones
  • Can easily and effortlessly build rapport and connect with customers
  • Must be dependable, punctual, responsible and trustworthy
  • Possesses excellent time management skills
  • Is open to feedback and works well within a team environment
  • Excellent multi tasking ability, i.e. greeting customer, shield install and store organization

Store Manager

Reports To: Regional Manager

Status: Full Time Exempt

Pay: $35,000 to $50,000 per year

Position Summary:

The Store Manager is responsible for leading a solid sales team, cultivating a fun and professional atmosphere and consistently achieve sales goals. The Store Manager leads with respect, builds self-esteem, provides valuable feedback and maintains discipline within the store. The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring that each customer receives a five star customer experience. This position oversees the ongoing training and education of the sales team. This person will spend the majority of their time on the sales floor selling to customers and training the sales team.

  • Supervise and lead a team of high quality sales associates
  • Create and maintain a positive and professional culture within the store
  • Ensure all company policies are being followed within the store
  • Recruit, interview, hire and train all new team members
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales goals
  • Provide valuable feedback to team members to enhance and grow their skills
  • Communicates well through e-mail, text and phone calls
  • Create a well-planned and thought out store schedule
  • Product inventory counted and recorded each store
  • Ensure the store is always clean, organized and appropriately merchandised
  • Must be able to attend Manager Training Meetings each month
  • Work a minimum of 42 hours per week
  • Must work all Mondays, Friday and Saturdays
  • Place weekly orders to maintain a stocked store
  • Must be willing to become Level 1 and Level 2 repair certified

 

Qualifications:

  • High school degree or GED
  • 6 months + full time management in a leadership position
  • Enjoys and excels in a fast paced environment with the ability to multi-task

Repair/Service Manager

Reports To: General Repair Manager

Status: Full Time Exempt

Pay: $45,000 to $55,000 per year

Position Summary:

The Regional Service Manager trains and certifies employees to repair mobile devices and works with store managers to promote and increase repair sales. This Regional Service Manager must have excellent time management skills in order to manage various duties throughout the region. This position requires the ability to move between locations with very little notice.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Train and certify employees to complete repairs on phones and other mobile devices
  • Consistently follow up with associates and managers to ensure repairs are being done correctly
  • Travel to all stores in the region as needed
  • Create and manage your own schedule based on the needs of the region
  • Promote and increase repair sales to hit monthly sales goals
  • Maintain accurate repair parts inventory levels throughout the region
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise with repairs throughout the region
  • Professionally resolve customer complaints regarding broken devices
  • Work with store managers to maximize repair sales at each location
  • Attend monthly Manager Meetings for ongoing training

 

Qualifications:

  • High school degree or GED
  • 6 months + retail management experience preferred
  • Applicants without prior repair experience must demonstrate that they can learn repairs quickly and teach others effectively
  • Have a vehicle and/or reliable transportation
  • Basic knowledge of technology including computers and phones
  • Must be trustworthy, reliable, punctual, and responsible
  • Demonstrates excellent time management and organization skills
  • Welcomes feedback and works well within a team environment
  • Must be an independent and self motivated worker
  • Must be honest, dependable and have high standards
  • Ability to lead with respect, build self-esteem, provide feedback, and maintain discipline within the region
  • Has excellent problem solving skills
  • Previous experience with mobile device repair is preferred, but not required
