Job Requirements: Sale Associate/Team member:

  • Have a vehicle and/or reliable transportation
  • Retail sales experience preferred
  • Willing and able to work Fridays, Saturdays and some Sundays

This person will be in charge of building a solid sales team, cultivating a fun atmosphere and and hitting sales goals. Responsibilities and Duties

    • Supervise a team of high quality retail sales associates
    • Train and uphold all sales and company policies within your store
    • Ability to Manage a sales team
    • Ability to recruit talented candidates
    • Achieve monthly sales goals
    • Maintain a store schedule
    • Responsible for all inventory management within your store
    • Ability to maintain a stocked, organized and clean store
    • Maintain a positive culture within store
    • Responsible for cleanliness and organization of the store
    • Willing and able to attend Sales Training Meetings
    • Work a minimum of 42 hours per week
    • Ability to work all Mondays Friday and Saturdays
    • Place store product orders each Monday
    • Has the ability to interview, hire and train staff

Repair/Service Manager

Tricked Out Accessories is looking for a motivated and self starting person to manage and oversee the cell phone repair department in various areas.  This is an excellent opportunity to work in the fast-paced and growing cell phone industry, and be a part of the best wireless repair and accessories company. The Regional Repair Manager trains and certifies employees to repair mobile devices, and promotes success and growth in all aspects of the repair department of Tricked Out Accessories.


  • Train and certify employees to complete repairs on phones and other mobile devices
  • Follow-up train and quality control associates to ensure a high level of performance
  • Travel to all stores in the region as needed, sometimes multiple locations per day
  • Determine and address the needs of your region, manage your own schedule
  • Promote and increase repair sales, hit monthly sales goals
  • Maintain accurate and appropriate inventory levels at multiple locations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise with repairs
  • Professionally resolve customer complaints regarding broken devices
  • Work with store managers to maximize results at each location


  • 6 months or more in a full time management or training position preferred
  • Previous experience with mobile device repair is preferred, but not required.
  • Applicants without prior experience must demonstrate that they are technically savvy and skilled enough to learn repairs quickly and teach others effectively. * Excellent communicator and teacher
