7. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

Tricked Out Accessories grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive use to this site.  This limited use is not for commercial use and is not for use on behalf of third parties except as explicitly permitted in writing by Tricked Out Accessories.  Any violation will result in immediate termination of us of this Site.

Indemnification

You agree to indeminify and hold Tricked Out Accessories, it’s officers, directors, shareholders, prdecessores, successors, employees or affiliates harmless from any liability, loss, claims or expenses including attorney fees made against Tricked Out Accessories by any third party due to or arising out of yor use of this Site.

Right to Refuse Service

Tricked Out Accessories reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for actions including but not limited to harassment of Tricked Out Accessories’ employees or customer service personnel, fraudulent activities, abuse of our warranty policy, violation of these Terms, or any other reason that is reasonable and justifiable under the law.
